What is Fitness: Health & Skill Fitness




Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of an organism. In humans, it is the ability of individuals or societies to adapt and self-manage when facing physical, mental or social challenges. 
The most acceptable definition of good health is that of the Constitution. 
It states: “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or disability”
In recent years, this statement has been amplified to include the ability to lead a "socially and economically productive life.
The definition of the World Health Organization is not without criticism; essentially, it is very broad.

Components of physical Fitness




Fitness is the ability to be physically active, to move and respond to the environment. 
People can perform various tests to measure their physical performance. 
These tests are necessary for some occupations, such as soldiers and firefighters. Fitness has two components: general fitness (state of health and well-being) and specific fitness (the ability to perform certain aspects of sports or occupations).
