The definition of Fitness





Fitness is the ability to be physically active, to move and respond to the environment. 

People can perform various tests to measure their physical performance. 

These tests are necessary for some occupations, such as soldiers and firefighters. 

Fitness has two components: general fitness (state of health and well-being) and specific fitness (the ability to perform certain aspects of sports or occupations).


What is physical fitness ?






Health related ingredients: These are the factors that influence how your body systems work. 
Body composition is the relative percentage of body fat compared to the lean body mass (muscles, bones, water, etc.)
Cardiovascular fitness: the ability of the circulatory system (the cardiovascular system) to supply oxygen to the muscles during exercise. 
Flexibility: possible range of motion in different joints.
