Street workout is a physical activity that is mostly performed in outdoor gardens or public facilities. 

It has become a popular movement in Russia, Eastern Europe and the United States, especially in New York City and the urban neighborhoods of Baltimore, Myanmar and Morocco. [Citation needed] is now spread all over the world.

It is a mixture of athletics, gymnastics and sports. 



Street workout is a modern name for outdoor bodyweight exercises.
