I WILL FIGHT BACK

Motivation: In many real-world optimization problems including engineering problems, the number of fitness job evaluations needed to get a good solution dominates the cost of improvement.

Weight training is a common type of strength training to develop strength and size of skeletal muscles.

It uses gravitational force in the form of weighted bars, dumbbells, or weight piles to oppose the muscle force through a concentric or eccentric contraction. Weight training uses a variety of specialized equipment to target specific muscle groups and types of movement.

Motivation is the experience of wanting or aversion (want something, or want to avoid or escape something). As such, motivation has an objective aspect (a goal or something you aspire to) and an internal or subjective aspect (you who want or want something to go away).

Individuals can increase fitness after increases in levels of physical activity.

Increases in muscle size from resistance training are mainly determined through diet and testosterone.

This genetic difference in improvement from training is one of the major physiological differences between elite athletes and the larger population.

Studies have shown that exercising in middle age leads to better physical ability later in life.

Initial evidence from a 2012 review indicated that physical training for up to four months may increase sleep quality in adults over 40 years of age.

A 2010 review suggested that exercise generally improved sleep for most people, and may help with insomnia, but there is insufficient evidence to draw detailed conclusions about the relationship between exercise and sleep.
